honda crv dash lights flickering

I am about to try putting in a new eld (fuse box) but you fixed it via the alternator.........however, the dealer said the alternator is putting out good voltage. Nothing flickers on our Ody. Hmm worse when cold sounds like the alternator is not putting out enough voltage.

Alternator, replaced reman from Oreilly's about 3-4 months ago, unrelated to this, I just recently started seeing the flickering.

Replaced the alternator (and the power steering pump which was unrelated) and it fixed the issue. I highly suspect a bad Voltage Regulator. The aternator should keep powering everything on the car. Where they flicker I am leaning towards a bad ground connection or even a short on a positive wire somewhere. Wife just turned over 170,000 miles no issue . My van does it every half second or so. Van works just fine, just ramp poops out.
