Can I eat something & 3 hours after drink it ?

Dilated and 80% effaced and my bloody show on full effect they sent me home saying they expect me to be back shortly later or in the night it’s not 430 and my contractions have seemed to be less and less so I decided to drink another dose is that okay ? Did have a few bouts of diarrhea, but nothing horrific.

A good friend of mine at work did this at 8:30 pm and went into labor at 3:00 am.

Maybe some crackers or something! I really hope you were able to get your VBAC, but having a healthy baby is all any of us want in the end.

I was not having contractions greater than a light period cramp.. got admitted to my room around 5.. by 5:30 I was having excruciating contractions. Can i use mineral oil instead of castor oil? You could try it!

Also thank you for saying clear fluid ha!!!! Am using mango juice instead of apricot cuz Walmart didn’t have it and eating the almond butter separate cuz it bugs me to think of mixing it inside the drink. Labor in an hour.

Yes this really works…. (For many it happened much sooner than that). Just keep in mind the guidelines we have listed above such as limiting your caffeine intake to 200mg per day and avoiding ingredients which are not safe for pregnancy such as Dong Quai and Nettles. It’s now 3:15 pm and they are completely gone! The brew was just the little nudge my body needed to go into labor naturally! No nausea or vomiting: took at 10:00 am and baby was born within 24 hours. Drank at 6:30pm, diarrhea x2, regular ctx’s at 12am, SROM CLEAR fluid at 2am (3cm) delivered at 4:21am (pushed twice!) It seems my little one has the hiccups so far, nothing else.

I am only seeing the Tazo green tea with lemongrass and spearmint. I tried this two days ago and within 3 hours of drinking in (took me that long to drink most of it!) I drank the brew about an hour ago. I was 39 and 4 and was dilated to 5cm. Mind you she was also born in her sac. I’d LOVE to know I could go into labor within 24 hours!! Tea also has nutrients that are important in pregnancy (4).
