Maputo Layover Suggestions
Our boat normally departs the lodge to Maputo in the morning which means the layover for some guests can be quite long as their flights only depart late in the afternoon. We can suggest the following options for guests in these cases:
• Guests arrive at the Maputo Marina and our driver collects them for a 3-hour Maputo City Tour, which ends at the Maputo Airport. The cost for this is USD 90 per person, and children pay USD 45.
• Guests arrive at the Maputo Marina and our driver transfers them to the Polana Serena Hotel to have some lunch (guest’s own account) and then later transfers them to the Maputo Airport. The cost for this additional transfer is USD 20 per person, this applies to children as well.
